Laurentian University comes downtown and to The Creative Space

It was not easy to keep it under wraps, but with a sign on our building, I guess it’s public now! We want to officially welcome Craig Fowler, the Associate Vice-President for Laurentian in Barrie! We welcome Laurentian University as not only our newest member, but our first academic partner and sponsor. This is a huge shout out to Barrie from LU. This move says they want to support downtown Barrie, it’s entrepreneurs, startups and SME’s in our community and are excited about bring university education to Barrie. Come by this Friday to meet Craig as they are the Title Sponsor for Ignite Barrie – Oct 5th 7-10pm ($10 in advance – $15 at the door)
